u"The Enheduanni Foundation was setup to further the aims of the Enheduanni. Members of the foundation are not full blown members of the Enheduanni race but rather a group of people who support the Enheduanni goals via any means possible.

The primary goals of the Foundation are to

1) Support the Enheduanni
2) Help any sleeper agents who request resources or man power while keeping their identity hidden.
3) Advance research into Passive shield tanks and break the 14second recharge barrier.
4) Recover artefacts and long lost technology to hand over to the Enheduanni.
5) Acquire and pass on any useful information to the Enheduanni.

Update: R&D has paid off and we broke the 13.4 second barrier. Our current prototype ship has a 13.4 second shield recharge from 0% to 100% although the pilot needs special implants to handle this high spec.

Within the Enheduanni Foundation are many subsections one section specialise in Sleeper research another gathers all information we can on the Enheduanni & Jove.

Little is known about the Enheduanni outside the Foundation even less then what\u2019s known about the Jove. The Enheduanni also known as \u201cThe Order\u201d and are said to never fight their own wars but instead get Empires to fight for them. This is achieved by controlling the influence of those who rise to power.

Some say when the Minmatar rebellion collapsed far quicker than expected the the Enheduanni successfully involved the Jove to reset the balance to a state more favourable to them. The Jove where played masterfully and didn\u2019t realise there great enemy was playing them until it was too late.

There are few reports of the Enheduanni many unique abilities like the ability to remotely stimulate neural pathways assigned to the audio functions of a human\u2019s brain. This is science far beyond even the Joves comprehension and little is understood how it could work.

Years of research have giving the Enheduanni the mastery of genetic engineering enough to unlock the precise workings of the human brain, this knowledge is often used to create sleeper agents. Untraceable agents whom are born as adults with full backgrounds and identification designed to blend in with the empire they are made to infiltrate. Time is not a factor some agents can spend years working their way up to the chosen stature or position.

Many other technologies exist like Hyper-advanced implants which are self-assembling so they cannot be physically detected until they are ready to do their function. At which point it's often too late even if you do detect them.

While using our level 5 military connections and good standings we dug though some classified military archives and found one interesting quotes.
